Tell us what keeps you in the wealth profession?

I enjoy connecting and working with people. It is important to me that I assist and contribute to improving the financial well-being of the members I have the privilege of helping. Everyone has their own goals and priorities and when they have a personalized financial plan in place they feel in control, and this provides them peace of mind.

You have quite a few letters behind your name, can you share the designations that you hold?

I have a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and I obtained my Certified Financial Planner certification in 2014 from the Canadian Financial Planning Standards Council.  I also hold a Certificate in Estate Planning and Trust Strategy, a Certificate in Advanced Investment Advice, and a Certificate in Advanced Financial Advice from the Canadian Securities Institute.

How about outside of the office, what do you enjoy doing in your downtime?

Outside of the office, I love spending time on the gorgeous trails found throughout Vancouver Island.  I appreciate the beauty, exercise, and the time this allows me to spend with my dogs and husband.

Finally, why Coast Capital?

Coast Capital’s mission statement aligns well with my personal feelings. Both Coast Capital and I are committed to improving the financial potential of every person we impact so that they can achieve a better future.
