Coast Capital and Mastercard® + Aruba Sweepstakes Winners.

Our Coast Capital and Mastercard® + Aruba Sweepstakes winners enjoyed sun and sand in the tropical getaway. Here’s how it went.

The three lucky winners of the Coast Capital and Mastercard® + Aruba Sweepstakes, Francis, Ella, and Ian, headed to Aruba earlier this year to take to the sunny skies and sandy beaches along with a guest. It was a full-circle moment for these long-time members, who landed their wins simply by using their Coast Capital credit cards*, issued by Collabria. “I use my credit card for everything in my life and Coast Capital is the only credit card I have,” Francis said.

From descending over the island’s blue waters to enjoying beachside meals together, it was all a welcome change from the frigid temperatures they left behind. “Getting to the airport, and then getting to Aruba…it was like ‘whoa, we’re here’,” said winner Ian. “This is pretty neat!”

For each of the winners, Coast Capital was at the center of pivotal financial milestones; from Francis’ first-ever bank account after landing his first job at 15 to Ella’s first mortgage as a new homeowner over 30 years ago. For Ella, the trip also served to help her plan the next phase of her life. “I’m about to retire, so this is the jumping point for me to figure out what to do after I don’t have to go to work anymore,” she said.
